I read the other reviews for RitzCamera.com and was surprised! Maybe they used to have poor service? I placed an order for a replacement battery for my digital camera and received a great price and it shipped out right away. I was very pleased with my experience with this business. The battery works great and was fairly easy to find on the site. (I had looked at other sites and had trouble navigating through some of them and couldn't find what I needed - Ritz's site operated smoothly.) I didn't have to use customer service, so don't have an opinion on that portion of their business. Based on my experience, I would recommend trying this business.
