Ordered replacement laptop AC power adapter to be shipped 2nd day air. Dell didn't notify DHL so it went regular way (apparently slow boat). After 4 hours on phone over two days with various "customer service" reps & managers they finally contacted DHL and corrected order. Of course, DHL didn't deliver it because they couldn't find address. (Apparently, haven't heard of Google or other map services since it came up instantly.) They then lost the package while forwarding it to another address. 10 days later they still haven't delivered it. They seem to have problem grasping that when someone pays to have something express shipped they actually want it by a certain date. Dell and DHL are the perfect match. Two incredibly incompetent companies with terrible customer service. I guess it shouldn't surprise anyone that Dell wouldn't use FedEx or UPS to ship since they are efficient and actually track a package more frequently than every few days.

Most amazing is that for two days in a row Dell was unable to access the order because their computers were down for maintenance. Can you imagine that they are so stupid they maintain their computers in the middle of the night in India instead of matching the time in the USA. This was December 27th & 28th. How happy that must have made those unfortunate enough to receive a crappy Dell computer for Christmas.

Classic end to story. Returned shipment to Dell and ordered part from BrandBatteries.com and even though they didn't ship it same day as promised when I contacted them they shipped it overnight. This adapter was shipped from a Dell warehouse in a sealed Dell box. (only $35 instead of $69 from Dell)
