I ordering these items from they're web site, all the items I ordered where said to be in STOCK and have rush delivery options( which i payed extra for).. I got my turntable but not one word about my 2 shure Cartidges. I contacted them and they said shure didnt haved them in stock... But i didnt even Order the items from shure... I ordered them from DjDeals.com. When i contacted them and asked them what does this have anything to do with shure, they didnt awnser. They just said tell us whether you want the order cancelled or sent on tuesday and we will contact shure for Me. They dont have a phone number to contact so im in a pickle, they didnt even say whether they are going to return my 108$ dollars back to me. Im very worried and im still in the proccess of trying to get my money back from them.

Things were Great, and Got some Good Deals. I've shopped all over town and Internet and couldn't find a better deal due to Shipping cost and Taxes. My only complaint would be that they need to have a phone number to an Operator to speak with for FAQ's.

They lost my on-line order. Had to call them and wait while they found it. Then had to convince them that I was who I said I was. After this "correction" as a result of my call, they advise that the item shipped. Then I receive an email that says they are out of the item and the order has been cancelled. Bad service. Will not use again.

The rep was not very nice. It took him a long time to match a price I was quoted from www.kpodj.com. He actually ended up costing me more money since I had to pay an additional fee at the end of my order. Product arrived defective and it was a very long ordeal to get it replaced. I have been purchasing from the local guitar center and http://kpodj.com/ ever since. Their prices are much better. KpoDJ is very good since I don't have to pay tax and it gets here very fast. Guitar Center will match their price most of the time, but sometimes I end up paying more due to the tax.

I didn't like having to fax in a copy of my id with credit card, but I understand the need. If I had my pay pal account number handy I would've used it to simplify the process.

Devastated with a destroyed package and no help from djdeals

I had purchased a very expensive pair of Ultrasone headphones, when they got in the Package was destroyed. I called DJDEALS but they would not help me in the matter. They had me take it up with UPS... I have bought many things online and the issues I've had with shipping were ALWAYS taken care of by the seller. In this case the seller through me under the wheel and made me take care of the things myself. Very POOR customer sevice

Hi folks. Augest 16th my fiance orderd a Behringer ep 2500, a few days later we recieved an email from djdeals.com stating that the amp is out of stock and that the manufacture is also out of stock along with everyone else, we should recieve our new amp

I ordered a power supply for a Vestax PMC 17A mixer from DJDeals.com and was sent a power supply that does fit what I order. It won't even fit the input so I don't even know if it works and it's the wrong voltage so even if it did fit I would have no use for it. So they just took my money and sent me something I have no use for. RipOff!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this online dealer - Overprice and bad customer service

Bad customer service. Slow or no response to emails. Overprice shipping. Pay extra to have your order processed in one business day which most sites have for free. No telephone. Very strict return policy they claim is normal.
