I ordered a pci card. It arrived two days later than the tracking service said it would. It arrived with the box TOTALLY smashed (FedEx). I did not open the part so it was still in the original packaging. I called a CompUSA local store and they said "bring it on in; we'll take care of it". When I made the 45 min trip, they said they couldn't help me and that it was the online stores issue. After I got home (another 45 minutes), I found out that CompUSA's customer service wasn't even operating on weekends. Now here it is Monday morning and I have been on the telephone line for 50 MINUTES!!!!!!!! and counting. I give up. I can't believe that a well-known retailer like this could be so bad.
