I was recently in the market for AutoCAD LT 2002. The cheapest price I could find was on compusa.com, what a fiasco!

Site navigation and layout was fine, and not too complicated. The pricing of AutoCAD LT 2002 was a full 100.00 cheaper PER copy than retail if purchased on the net.

After I selected my products I proceeded to checkout. Because I was purchasing these for my company, the ship to and bill to address was different. This caused a huge amount of problems. Almost 24 hours AFTER my order I receive an email stating that there is a problem with my order. I call their customer support and explain to them that the ship to and bill to are different. My customer service rep. says no problem sir!!!

Then, another 24 hours later, I receive the same message, my order has encountered some errors. I again call up to CompUSA.com, and again, there is an issue with the bill to and ship to. Now I have never had this issue when ordering from dell.com, buy.com, amazon.com, what is the problem??

I tell the customer service rep. to just send it to the bill to then, "consider it done" he says. That was Monday, it is now Thursday and I just received my confirmation that my order is being processed!

Stick with buy.com, or amazon or cdw!!
