The only reason I bought something here is because I could not find the product elsewhere. It was the Catch a Call which promises to let you receive calls while online. Well, that product did't hold up its end of the bargain but this is a review of CompUSA, not Catch a Call.

The price of the product was the same as the manufacturer which I was not happy about. The shipping wasn't lovely either. What really got me mad though was the 15 percent restocking fee they charge if you return a product. The reason I bought from CompUSA and not straight from the manufacturer was so that I could return the product directly to the store instead of mailing it back to the manufacturer.

Another bad aspect is that they only give you a 14 day return policy as opposed to the usual 30 day at many other stores. This 14 day policy starts when you place the order so that if your order is not shipped on time and it passes 14 days you're out of luck. When I finally received the product I only had three days to return it.

All in all, this store has bad business written all over it. I will never shop there again. I only did because I couldn't find the product in a more reputable store. Now I know why.
