I was horrified reading the terrible reviews CompUSA has received, this being after I placed my order for the Olympus Battery, Charger & Holder/Grip. I placed my order 8/12/03 at around 9:30 a.m. & I received confirmation within 30 min. after my order was placed. By the end of the day I received my tracking info. At 10:30 a.m. today 8/13/03 Fed Ex delivered my order in perfect condition and exactly what I expected. Great buying experience!Their price was a few bucks higher than some other stores but the lower shipping cost ($18 for Fed Ex Priority Overnight)made up the difference and then some! My only suggestion to CompUSA is give better descriptions of products. The picture didn't show all the items in the kit! I was worried, all for naught! Maybe I just got lucky or maybe they're just a Good store to deal with! Whatever!
