I researched a product for the cheapest price and unfortunately found it at CompUSA.com. I had a bad experience with them years ago, but thought maybe they have improved since then....NOT! They advertised a price online. I called the local store and an automated system confirmed the in-store availability and same low price. I drove all the way to the store, tried to buy the product, but they insisted it was a much higher price. Although I had the printout of the cheaper price and they even checked the online price themselves, they would not sell it to me for that price. The salesperson gave me three different reasons why it was more, changing his reason every time I shot one of them down. Their customer service is nonexistent. They have wasted my time and money for the last time. I will never, ever use them again!
