Quite simply the worst online (or offline) purchase of my life. They have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I went around and around with them maybe 20 times. My problems were resolved months after Christmas (yea, it was a present) only after I opened a dispute with American Express. Amex at least got me some results, which was a refund...I never received my product.
