I tried to call customer service in order to place an order thru phone because i had problems ordering online. The customer service was a long wait. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I was able to talk to the person he just said "have your invoice ready" then put me hold AGAIN. Without even asking why I was calling. So I had to ask a friend on how to order it online. I'm glad the T3 is okay because I dread callin there customer DISSERVICE!

Ordered a Nuvi GPS unit. The order was rejected because you won't ship to a hotel. You fail to discriminate between a hotel of a more transient nature and an extended stay arrangement for people on work assigments. Need more sophistication.

Buydig sent me the camera, but not the accessories that came in the package purchase. When I could finally get through to a human, each gave me a different story, the supervisor argued with me, and insisted that I did not order the accessories. A couple of weeks later, the accessories that they claim I didn't order finally did come in the mail, totally unexpected. Their customer service skills are terrible, but the camera is great.

I ordered from them twice, both times failed because of "out of stock." Buydig posted the both cameras (canon s410 and s500) as "in stock" on the website, I received 2 of their "confirmation of cancellation" 2 days after my order saying item is not available from manufacturer. Products should not be posted online as "in stock" when it is not. This is a waste of time for me. Will not buy from them again.

I placed the order on a Thursday; the next day, I received an e-mail saying my credit card was declined. I contacted the credit card company; indeed, NO payment request ever came from Buydig for my order. Finding this very unusual, I phoned Buydig and was on hold for about ten minutes. When a rep did answer my call, he asked for my order number; as I was giving it to him, I heard a man in the background issue some sort of order to him; the rep stuttered and quickly said he was transferring my call to another rep. That extension rang twice, was picked up and then the receiver was hung up. I attempted to call them back, but the customer service department phone just rang on without answer. I looked at my clock so that I could make a note of the incident: it was 2:54 pm. Apparently, since this particular service call may have taken more than five minutes, and gone past the 3:00 pm closing hour, someone decided to terminate my call. If the office closed at 3:00, then perhaps they should consider setting up a recording at 2:45, saying the office has closed, rather than cutting off a customer after the customer service call has begun.
I wrote Buydig an e-mail to cancel the order entirely, and placed my order with Abe's of Maine. There were absolutely no problems with Abe's and I even purchased additional equipment. Buydig lost out on a sale in excess of $1,000.00 which may not be very much to them, however, the negative press they will receive from my experience will probably cost them future customers. As everyone in the business knows, one person will, on average, tell 20 people about their negative experience; the chances are great that that number will grow exponentially, as each of those 20 tell 20 other people.
As a side note, in the Buydig e-mail, they had a link which said "Buydig" and when clicked upon, would open an e-mail form with their address; indeed, an e-mail form opened up, but with the following address "billing@beachcamera.com." If, in fact, both operations are owned by the same people, not only should they have their respective accounting/billing e-mail addresses straightened out, but they should perhaps explain why Beach Camera's prices are higher than Buydig's.
This was perhaps the worst experience I have ever had in the almost 10 years I have been shopping online.

I made order by the Internet and I choose 2nd day shipping but they have NEVER emailed the tracking number to me. After waiting 3 days, I still didn't receive my order. I called their office and got the tracking number from a very rude woman. (I called at 7:30PM on Wednesday which is their customer service hour and after waiting 10 minutes, no one answered my phone call.) I called agian on Friday morning. I was waiting more than 5 minutes and finally she answered my phone)Then, I called Fedex and found buydig.com gave Fedex wrong address. I spent 40 minutes to Fedex south Boston office to get my package.
I will never buy anything in buydig.com

I live overseas and assumed the camera was in good working condition. I did not try it until the day I was leaving the U.S. To my dismay it was faulty. Fortunately I have an assistant in the U.S. I had to Fed Ex the camera from an airport and now she is working on trying to get it repaired under warranty. I was extremely disappointed.
Your service was excellent but who cares if it is on time but does not work.

I tried to purchase the pocket pc but my order was cancelled due to the fact that they could verify my credit card mailing address. The same credit card that was used to purchase a digital camera last year (May 19, 2003). There was no attempt to verify the info. I WILL NOT be purchasing anything from this company again and I will certainly let my friends know. I bought my pocket pc elsewhere with no trouble. Please do not contact me again.

They cancelled my order claiming that items were not in stock. They didn't even send me an email to tell me this. If the items are not in stock, why accept orders in the first place. Inventory tracking has gone beyond this.

I shop online all the time, for everything, and BuyDig.com was by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. If it had been my first onlne purchase I never would have used the internet again.
I called multiple times on three different days, all during the customer service hours of BuyDig, and no one ever answered the phone. I emailed their customer service center to ask about this, and to see if I could get sorted out that way, and I never received a response. In fact, I ended up sending four different emails, none of which were ever answered.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey, as BuyDig.com has questionable business practices and I want to warn consumers away from having the horrible online experience I did with BuyDig.com. Luckily I know that there are hundreds of reputable, reliable merchants who happen to sell on the web, so I will continue to purchase from THEM online, but of course I will avoid BuyDig like the plague - they may be $5 cheaper than the next alternative, but they are a 100 times bigger hassle and headache!
