Actually, I can't speak about the customer service department, as I had no need to call them. However, I was very impressed with the speedy shipment of the product I had purchased. I was told 7-10 days FED-EX ground, when in fact I received it within 3 days from time of ordering it. The product came in the original sealed box from the manufacturer as promised. I think they run a decent business in a professional manner. I highly recommend BuyDig. Hi-regards!

the merchant was fine but Fex EX made multiple errors causing me to remain in my home for over 10hrs. I requested that I pick it up and they put it on the truck. I was suppose to have it delivered than b/w 10 and 2. They didn't show up It was then delivered at 315pm to someone else's house After multiple phone calls it was retrieved and delivered to me at 645pm. This was ridiculous and frustrating.

There is definitely a pattern for bad reviews for this vendor. This is a classic case, and with the # of same occurances in these reviews, I would be extremely hesitant about using this vendor. BUYER BEWARE! This could easily happen to you too. <br> <br> Ordered a toshiba lcd tv online. Got confirmation of order. Product listed as "in stock" on website. Credit card immediately charged ($700+). Have not heard anything for 5 days. Called customer service and was told that item is not in stock. They cannot tell me when it will be in. <br> <br> They should notify you if a product is not in stock (esp. if they list it as "in stock"). They SHOULD NOT be charging your credit card immediately. Reputable companies only charge when the product is IN STOCK and SHIPPED. What kind of business practice is this? Not impressed.

BUYDIG.com had the digital camera that I was looking for and it was $16.00 cheaper then at another place that I was ordering from. I cancelled that order as fast as I could. I definately will order from again. The camera arrived very fast too.

They should inform customers that someone must be available to accept the package. I was unaware the package couldn't be left on signature only & therefore the item was returned to Buydig & I had to repurchase it & have it sent to a different address.

There aren't many reviews on buydig.com except on their website..http://buydig.com/shop/usertpl.aspx?fle=testimonials.htm. Anyway, I paid for UPS ground delivery and got FedEx,2nd day delivery! Got exactly what I ordered, so order and delivery is GREAT! My only problem is, I wasn't aware of their return policy until I received the package (probably my own fault. I should have looked harder on the website prior to purchase). They have a VERY strict return policy and a 10% restocking fee on what I purchased. I think it's sometimes 20%. Since my purchase is a Christmas gift, that concerns me a bit. <br> <br> RLB
