Shopping here was a pleasure. I received my camera in three days and everything I ordered was packed with care and works wonderful. Don't know how customer service is because I did not need it! However, tracking was easy, and, Buydig.com did everything they told me they would when they said they would.- From a pleased customer!

I ordered 1/3. I received 1/19. I had to email them to find out that the delay was because they were out of stock. A great business would alert the consumer to that fact on their own. I didn't like the FedEx delivery. UPS is more convenient than FedEx for deliveries around here. There should be choices.

I decided to shop buydig based on recommendations. Absolutely the best price for the camera I wanted and no shipping charges. Website was easy to follow and use. Checkout process was easy, you can even use PayPal for payment. Order was filled quickly and they kept me abreast of status and shipping. At no time did they call or e-mail me to try to sell upgrades or accessories. I am very satisfied with them.

This was my second purchase from BuyDig. First one was a 62" HDTV everything went like clockwork. This time it was an expensive camera. I did find a little better price but when I checked out the site and the referring site I found both had fraud alerts. Its better to pay a few extra dollars and rest knowing you will get the Item, On time,at the quoted price and with a USA warranty. I will be back !for next purchase!
