Buy.com usually has a competitive price and large selections of goods. The shipping is good enough for a shopper like me who only occasionally shop online.

The shopping experience was great. I would however suggest a different method of shipment than USPS. The mail person left the purchased item on my front porch w/ out attempting any contact whatsoever. The item, being in its original box, could have been taken by any passerby. I would suggest Fedex with a signature requirement.

I should be told at the time of the order if the item is in stock or not. When I order something I need it then not much later. This has happened to many times before.

I enjoyed the lower pricing, compared to other retailers, and the free shipping made everything easier on me. One of my three books had slightly warped pages throughout the book and I haven't decided wether to keep or to go thru the process of trying to return. I will shop at buy.com again.

Buy.com unlike Amazon has a pretty poor cancel system. After 30 mins cannot change order - Amazon much better. Also buy.com cannot always provide merchandise - never had this problem with Amazon - shop at Buy.com only on price - not service

After searching and locating the book I wanted, I placed the item in the shopping cart and checked out. The process was easy and simple. The hardest part is remembering my login and password! I received a confirmation email after ordering and one after the item shipped.
