Horrible shipping. Took over 3 weeks to get to me...then the product didn't even work!!! Their "Customer Service" dept was non existent at best. From my scads of emails sent to them, I get form like responses and never even addressed my concerns.I tried to contact higher levels and nobody cared. Pretty much... 'We got your money...tough luck!'. These folks are HORRIBLE at best.I will NEVER use them again and and would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I have asked for contact info for managers or higher and were were sent packing. It really seems that they are concerned with just getting the customers money and nada after the sale. They have no way to resolve a problem if the first tier "service" doesn't want to help. You really need to look at a company where you can find no information on any company officers. They would be too busy getting pounded by the customers they alienated. I really have sent 10 or more emails to them and the only one that addressed what I was asking was the one that sent me packing when I asked for a higher level contact. Take my advice and go elsewhere to a company who appreciates customers.
