AVOID, NEVER buy anything from this seller(buy.com)!!!!!

I ordered Kingston Micro SD card on Oct 04, 2007.
On Oct 15, 2007, I sent email to buy.com asking my order status.
They replied back to wait 7-9 business days because I selected cheap shipping.
On Oct 23, 2007, I sent email again to buy.com asking my order status.
But I got no replies for 2 days.
Then I got a reply saying that they(buy.com) would investigate my claim
after I filed a dispute on Oct 25, 2007 through paypal.com.
On Nov 1, 2007, I got email saying that they shipped my order.

The order number they gave me did not work on their website.
And the UPS tracking number they gave me did not work either.
I sent several emails to buy.com requesting the proof of delivery if they shipped to the right address
or my money back.
On Nov 15, they refused to return my payment back.
They did not have proof of delivery of my order.
I never received my order and they refused to return my money.
Also they never gave me the proof of delivery which they could not because they never shipped.

Avoid this seller!!!!!
