Quick shipping, lowest price, great experience

I ordered a universal remote MX-600 from the site, because they had the lowest price of all the places I looked. My order was placed around noon MST on Friday, and I paid for 2-day express shipping. After ordering, I read a lot of negative opinions about buy.com on this site, so when my order summary page wasn't updated on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, I was very worried whether I would receive the item in time, whether it would be the right item, and other things that had gone wrong with other people's orders.
On Monday however I looked and the page had been updated, there was an e-mail to notify me about the tracking, and the item was out for delivery. It had been shipped the same day I ordered, I received it on Monday afternoon and it was exactly what I ordered.

Oh, and I should add that I first ordered the wrong remote, but called them up and they canceled that order right away so I could place my order for the correct remote. The CS rep I talked to was polite and helpful. It bugs me though that they don't have the phone number (877-780-2464 (7am-7pm M-F and 8-12 Sat, MST) on their site. Maybe that's to save money, but it's annoying when you have a problem/question and don't want to have to wait for an e-mail for an answer. The lack of a clearly published phone number is why I'm giving them a 3 for customer service, otherwise it would be 4 or 5.

In other words, I didn't have any problems at all, and had a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to order again if they have the lowest price.
