Their return policy is unfair if your return is based on a manufacturer's defect. I buy the Sweet Pea line of clothing frequently elsewhere, so I know what size I wear. I ordered, and some of the things that came say that they're my size, but appear to be one size larger. Bluefly does not allow exchanges(even when they have an item in stock...) so they get to charge you shipping again and again, even if the problem was not your fault. (my feeling is that they carry manufacturer "seconds", hence the reason for the bad fit) Bluefly also has you send your ORIGINAL copy of your receipt back to them with a return. That is EXTREMELY CREEPY. Once I get this return/exchange thing figured out, I will NEVER, EVER order from them again. They need to take a lesson from Zappos about how to do business online without alienating and pissing off their clients. I am very, very UNHAPPY.

I tried to buy a dress. I live in Denmark. So I tried to pay it and have it sent to my sister, who lives in USA. But it is not possible. International check out does not work. I have tried it tree times. Bluefly told me to use international check out. But it does not work. It is to bad. And now the dress is sold out again. To bad for such a big company.

I normally shop at Bluefly. Unfortanately, this time was a very bad experience. I order shoes 2nd day and because of some mix-up, I didn't receive the shoes when expected or needed. The only consolidation the customer service rrepresentative could offer me was a credit for 7.95 to my Bluefly account.

I ordered three dresses about a week before a major event, and paid extra to have them 2-day shipped. I placed this order just before a four-day weekend. The dresses did not arrive, and I assumed it was due to the 4-day weekend. However, when they were still not here by end of day Thursday, I went to the order tracking system, only to discover that somehow my dresses had been CANCELLED by the system two days after I placed the order. I have no idea what the glitch was. Why did I receive an order confirmation email but no order cancellation email?!?! I had to spend the entire day today shopping for a size 0 party dress - not an easy thing to do, and a waste of an entire day. This is not the first time I've had trouble with Bluefly, and although they have a good selection, it is doubtful that I will try them again.

I am very disappointed with this order. I was expecting to receive my purchase by Monday, 12/10 (because this was disclosed in the tracking schedule). I will not purchase items from Bluefly again and plan on returning my purchase when I finally receive it.

The Coat was a Xmas gift. I was supposed to be shipped two day air but was not. The tracking number I was given for DHL was false. On December 21, Shannon, the customer service representative, queried the fullfillment department and promised to get back to me by 11PM that day but I didn't hear from her until a week later. Because it was her 'file' no one else in customer service would help. I would not shop again at this company and would recommend all to stay away from them.

Poor customer service. Did not honor discount offered after stating they would and inducing me to complete the purchase by promising to credit my credit card for the difference. Unclear whether it was due to ignorance or intentional bait and switch tactics, but no apology was even offered until after complaints.

Merchandise was sent in damaged condition - and the first person it had been sent to had written in large capital letters on the returned merchandise's label: "PILLOW CASES DAMAGED!!! BROWN SPOTS ALL OVER THEM." Yet Bluefly slapped a new label for my package RIGHT OVER THE PREVIOUS LABEL STATING THAT THE MERCHANDISE WAS DAMAGED and re-folded the pillowcases in such a way so that the damaged area was no longer prominently visible. Then they refused to refund my credit card for the shipping charge created when they shipped me the damaged merchandise. I consider that to be UNBELIEVABLY poor customer service.

I have shopped at bluefly for a long time and this particular time they sent me the WRONG dress. The correct dress was no longer available so I am out of a dress. They refunded my money but because of their mistake they should have at least offered 20% my next item. Further, they should have a price adjustment policy of 14 days like most places instead of 5 days. Their return policy is great. So while this was a disaster, I would go back and shop there because in the past they have been great!

There were 2 chocolate brown throws listed on the same page of the website. I was careful to order the one that the photo showed to be not quite so dark and without as much red in the color. However, when it arrived, it was indeed a reddish brown dark chocolate, rather than a milk chocolate. Also, the website says the throws are approx. 56"x83", but the package says it is 52"x76". In addition, the photo of the one I ordered showed that throw to be thicker than the other chocolate brown, and the throw I received is disappointingly thin. I am almost embarrassed to give it as a Xmas gift.

After a hole week of ordering the finance department could not aprove my order. They keept asking for diferent kinds of documents to confirm my credit card information. It took me a lot of time to send all information requested and they still not confirmed a US$50 order with a plus of US$50 shipping (its like a 100% shipping cost - thats what concerns the client, not the product costs). I have a US$10.000 limit and this site just do not trust their customers... I'll buy at www.raffaellonetwork.com next time! This was my first time and this order was a gift to my wife's birthday. Too sad they did not have clients services priorities. I see that in the future they'll break... It is too dificult to buy here!

I ordered a necklace, checked out and it was deducted from my bank account. Then, days later, Bluefly contacted me and said the item was out of stock. It was a birthday present and I don't understand why their system allowed me to purchase something that was not in stock. It was not a good experience.
