Well so far, not a great experience. I have ordered this item and it was listed as in stock, as it still is listed. However, I have received and email saying that it is "Held for Cutting" which means "OUT OF STOCK". Please hold these companies to their word. If it is out of stock then just say it. <br> So, delivery speed - N/A, order accuracy - got that right, customer service - great considering it isn't their job to do the ordering. <br> overall satisfaction? N/A

I bought a Plasma TV Stand from Bizarredeal.com few weeks back. Below is my experience: <br> <br> Delivery speed : It took less than a week from date of order to deliver. The order was shipped but the website was not updated. I called customer service and they provided the tracking number for UPS and I was able to track the shipment. The website was also updated soon after that. <br> <br> Order accuracy : Order was captured accurately and no additional selling was pushed. <br> <br> Customer service : I called them once to check the status of shipement. Customer service was curtious and provided the tracking number and other details. <br> <br> Overall satisfaction : I am very happy with the service as it was delivered on time and shipment came perfect.
