I have always found whatever I was looking for at Amazon.com. Their site is easy to handle and loads fast. When I've asked questions, I have recieved answers in a timely fashion. <br> <br> My only complaint is about returning stuff. IF it is not their fall, there is a restocking fee, and it just about is worth keeping the item yourself. I never knew this until I had to return something and was upset by it. <br> <br> IF there is a fault of their own, or it is broken, they are great to make it all right.

My experience with Amazon has been very positive. <br> <br> Pros: <br> -I've returned 2 items with no hassles (for poor quality/defects of workmanship). <br> - I've used Amazon for many years and love this resource. Especially for reviews of products from people like you who tell it like it is and save us from buying crap. <br> <br> Cons: <br> -I go to amazon mainly for a market price with free shipping. They have so many resellers now that their own fullfillment products get lost in all that sludge. There is a button on select pages that lets you select by reseller, but why only some? <br>

I am a frequent customer at the Amazon website. I like their free shipping specials, and the ability to track your package so you know when it will arrive. Recently I have had the occasion to contact customer service when I had to cancel a purchase but wanted to re-use the coupon I initially used. Despite the fact that the rules said they did not have to reinstate the coupon, because I am a good customer, I did get to use the coupon again. Be aware that if you go to the website you may be purchasing from Amazon directly, third party sellers or can buy items used. While I have had success with all three mechanisms, be aware of the customer rating of any third party seller before you buy.

I recently needed to order a CD from Amazon.com that I wasn't able to find easily in Toronto. I could have ordered it from a store downtown but having it delivered directly to my home address beat having to journey downtown to pick it up. <br> It was very easy to order and I received it within a couple of weeks, which was fine for me because I wasn't in a rush. I was especially pleased to receive an email informing me that the order had been processed and sent.

I use Amazon regularly to get a guage of prices and range of products that are available in the area that I want to purchase. More often than not I end up buying from Amazon too. The service is easy to use, and their links with other online retailers means that they can assist you with your order even if they don't stock it themselves. Their shipping costs are very reasonable too. The best in the business!

I usually do not have any problems using Amazon.com. My family and I have purchased many times from the site. <br> I use Amazon Prime, which I find saves me a lot of money. The 2 day free shipping is wonderful, and there have only been a few times I had to wait more than 2 business days to receive my purchase. <br> Packing from Amazon has also always been very great. I have never been sent a broken or wrong item. <br> The only time I have had a problem with Amazon is when I ordered something that was not in stock at the time... I waited three months and finally contacted them, asking when I would receive my item. They then told me I would never be receiving it because they were not restocking the item. <br>

What can I say. This store is great. They have speedy delivery and when you do have to wait for a product your card will not be charged. I have had an easy time getting to customer service. I also use their credit card so I get 25 dollar store credit every so often. I pay on time so no harm or interest charges lol. I want to tell you a story of how great this company is. One time I bought a few cds and they were 'lost' by the PO. I got package with no contents . I got in touch with Amazon and they told me to send the box back, which I did. Now get this folks, in 3 days from my call I got the cds. They could not have gotten the box back yet. Talk about wonderful customer service. I recommend this store to everyone. It is awesome and a throwback to what customer service used to be in the 70s and before.

I did like 40 purchases this year including the stroller for my baby. It came fast with free shipping and I saved about $50 not counting the tax. Whenever I have an issue with something the customer service representative will sort it out fast.a <br>

I've been shopping at Amazon for a while, but I'm amazed that their free shipping has gotten better. In the mid-Atlantic region, I've been getting things in two days even with the free shipping (a few items sent from the west coast took ~5). I find they still have good prices, and though I've tried Buy.com twice this year, both times I ended up canceling the order when they didn't ship after two weeks. Overall, consistently great experiences!

I can't say enough good things about Amazon. Items are shipped quickly and accurately and are packaged well. Excellent Customer Service. Web site is organized well and the search engine is excellent. The Wish List allows you to share your kid's "wishes" with family members.

Let's face it, Amazon.com is the hegemon of online retailers. They have everything. Sometimes they aren't the cheapest, but they have an amazing number of user reviews in their product descriptions. I find myself using them all the time. I've purchased many books and some electronics parts. I even purchased a shot put ball from them (shipping was only $10)

Over the years I have bought things on line through Amazon.com. The Delivery is very good, nothing has ever been broken when delivered. The Order is always been accurate and has been the order that I placed on line. I have never had to talk to the customer service because I have never had any troubles with Amazon.com. I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to buy through Amazon.com.

The delivery speed was excellent and was shipped immediately. After ordering over 20 things, there has never been a mix up. Amazon offers MANY things. I have never had to use their customer service, but I'm sure it's great. I order from them all of the time! If you find something you like there, usually it is at a low price. Their book section is awesome, with MANY books, and also a lot of combination orders that save money. For example, if you are ordering a pop-up book, there might be an offer on the page saying "Order this and (insert a similar title) for only $__!!" Also they have super saver shipping, which means that if you order items compatible with the offer and buy over $25 of those types of items, you get free standard shipping! This helps out a lot! I recommend this every day!

Amazon to me is one of the top internet retail companies. Looking for particular books used to be a problem for me I could never find what I wanted in the shops. Now I generally only use Amazon to purchase books. It is the most convenient and easy way to shop for books. <br> <br> They have an excellent search facility that allows me to find even the most obscure titles at a reasonable price quickly and easily. They sell both first hand and second hand books but even the second hand books I received were always in excellent condition. They have a very prompt delivery service and I have never had any problems with my orders. <br> <br> Overall I would definitely recommend Amazon as being a highly competent and efficient company. <br>

I've been dealing with Amazon.com for over 10 years, and have had very few problems, the very few problems I've had have been rapidly remedied to my liking. <br> <br> If people want to complain about Amazon, that's their right. But complaining about Amazon because of some crap product they bought is ridiculous. Amazon is basically the middle man. They rent the space, and the dealer sells the item. <br> <br> When I purchase something from Amazon, I'm taking the chance that that product will be good or bad. And I ALWAYS have the oppotunity to return the product....no questions asked. <br> <br> I would rather deal with Amazon.com than ANY other online site, and most stores!

I pre-ordered the Star Wars DVD two months in advance for $42 including shipping. That was a good price, even with all the deals surrounding its release. I came home from work that Monday, and it was at my door! I will have to recommend Amazon.com for certain items such as books, movies, and the like. However, I think they are out of line selling TVs and other non-returnable items. I do like how they have become a massive source for reviews, such as this site. Sometimes their website becomes too complex to navigate with all of the old and new items because of this, however.
