Amazon provides shoppers with the ability to buy books, DVDs, electronics, etc. In all my Amazon shopping experiences, devlivery speed has been superb! When they say 1-2 business days, they mean it! Order accuracy is top prioirty at Amazin, with confirmation e-mails to make sure what you ordered was correct.

I'd say the only problem with Amazon was the shipping fees. If you'd like your product shipped within the next couple of days, plan on spending $10 depending on the weight of your product.

Although the fees for shipping can sometimes be outrageous, they're sometimes worth it. I bought a book once on Barnes and Noble and it took forever to arrive. I've certainly learned my lesson on book buying!

Customer service seems to run well, although i haven't had any problems to which i had to deal with customer service. Amazon also offers used books and DVDs at a lower cost, which saves money. Another benefit of shooping online at Amazon are the comparisons that Amazon provides to compare their prices to target, walmart, etc.

Overstock, ebay, and other online shopping sites, dont offer the same benefits that Amazon provides, such as tracking an order and cancellation if you decide to change your mind.
