I have purchased quite a bit of things from Amazon.com, and have loved every purchase. However, they are a little bit higher in their prices compared to other online merchants selling the same items. Their shipping and handling charges are higher as well. I am able to find items on Amazon.com that I cannot find elsewhere. Amazon.com has nearly every item there is on their site. I have never had to contact their customer service department for any reason. I ordered some Chinese egg noodles from Amazon.com, and they were delivered in neat, clean packaging, and the food quality was great. I will order from them again, but I wish they would lower their prices to be comparable with the other online merchants selling the same things. I also wanted to purchase the Anita Microenergen Bra from Amazon.com, but they didn't have it in my size, and the color I wanted. I also saw that they charged way more for the shipping and handling of this item, so I went to Figleaves.com and got the same item and only paid $4.50 for the shipping and handling. I have taken surveys and received certificates to purchase stuff from Amazon.com, but when I got to the website, I still had to add a ton of money to purchase anything with my certificate. Nice website, but just a tad too pricey. They need to come down a little on their prices, and then they would probably be great to shop on.
