Trying to redeem a gift certificate is a nightmare. They clearly don't want you to use them. They have a lot of limitations in the fine print and don't make it perfectly clear where the gift certificate code is supposed to be entered when you're checking out. I really dislike misleading marketing, no matter how good the merchant may be in other respects.
