Amazon setup their website pretty well considering the fact that they have so many products. It's easy to navigate through and I had no problems placing an order. On top of all that, I received free shipping. I'm not sure how well their customer representatives are since I didn't need to speak with them. But, all in all, my shopping experience was a blast!
