I have not been pleased with the customer service at soccer.com. They will advertise footwear and team shirts as available that they do not have in stock. In one case I ordered a shirt in September for an October birthday gift and the shirt did not arrive until Christmas. They always offer to cancel your order if you are unsatisfied but that is just a way of reducing their inconvenience if you are a vocal customer. They do not note items as "pre-order" as other competitive sites do so you do not find out about the lack of availability until your order is placed. In one case, I ordered two items with 2-day shipping and they shipped one and told me the other was back-ordered and would be shipped ground. <br> <br> Try other sites before using this one. I have had better luck with several others. Customer service was definitely better. <br>

Soccer.com is the best. Delivery is fast, and customer service is the best. Recommended any day for soccer supplies and gears.

I shop at soccer.com for almost a year now, I never had any problems with the shipping and the time, they always take the time you ask for. All the products come in great quality and if you order something that don't fit you send it back and they will send another one for you, you can get support by the Internet or by phone and they have all new products.
