Overall very satisfied with Blue Nile. The website is well organized, easy to navigate, and offers quality education. I would buy again from them. The only negative experience I encountered was the financing online application, which did not function properly. It ultimately delayed my purchase and I had to settle for a slightly less desirable diamond.

Good quick service. Quick delivery. Good customer service when I called to make a change. It is hard to accurately judge item from pictures on website. Originally disappointed with my first order because of this and had to send back to order different item.

I loved reading all the reviews. It really helped make my mind up about this wedding band. I recently shopped at a fancy jewelry store for the same ring, except the stores ring was a bit bigger. However, the store price was almost three times as much and their wedding band was too big to match the engagement ring that was also purchased from Blue Nile. So this ring was a perfect match. When it arrived it met and exceeded all my expections!
