I bought this phone on rebate at a local dealer for 99$ (Dual handsets) to use it as an extension for Skype only (I DO NOT use it as a home phone with a conventional line (I don't have one!))

Not Too Bad
I bought the GE 28300 a couple of days ago. I did get a marked down price at $86.00 & free shipping.
In the range from poor to excellent, I guess I would say "Good"
I will just plan on using it to call my granddaughter in England & not for local calls.
