Avoid this wireless phone system - UPDATED 1/2010

Poor Battery Life
Got this phone for Christmas last year, and 10 months later the batteries in all 3 phones are beginning to fail. I made sure to charge the batteries properly, and always keep them charged when not in use.

We have had bad luck with this phone
This phone does some strange things. Sometimes when a call comes in and it is ringing, it will not connect. It rings and you are pushing the phone button and nothing happens. Not a Bad Phone
Contrary to what you have read above this is a very good phone. I have had mine a while now and have had no problems with it. They Must Be Joking
This phone is lacking in every basic feature a cordless phone system should have. No notification of messages or new voice mail. No copying of phone book entries amongst the handsets. Not expandable. Caller ID does not work
The phone sets looks great, even my kids love them. It's easy to setup and use. But the caller ID of this phone does not work all. The other phones in my house shows caller's ID while this phone set fails. It's not the reason of phone service I subscribed. Read full review »
