I was sorely in need of an upgrade and was taken by the appearance and feel of this phone. I got the maroon/black model through Verizon. It was $99 with a $50 rebate and renewal of my account.

Nice phone, some things better, some things not.
I really liked my ENV phone. It was a little heavy and thick, but I could live with that. Great reception. Easy to use. Sadly, it kept dying on me. After several attempts to correct the problem, Verizon finally replaced it. Since they were out of the ENV, they gave me a new ENV2 instead.
