I purchased this player from Radio Shack. We used it less than 50 hours and all it does is show "no" in the read-out display. I guess it doesn't see the disc.
I called Toshiba support at 1.800.319.6684 but it was a waste of time. They were mumbeling their hands were tied and wanted to offer me an exchange for more than what I payed for the piece in the first place.
