TV's OK, but support is horrific!!
Pros
Big, light, feature rich and inexpensive. HD picture OK.
Cons
Blurry picture. Extremely poor technical support. Toshiba does not stand behind what it sells.

I bought this TV as a Xmas present for myself. Received it on January 3rd and immediately noticed that it was quite blurry or double-imaged, even on the menu options built-in to the TV and on DVD's.
I started calling Toshiba January 4th and we just were able to get a technician out yesterday. Today we heard that there isn't any problem with the TV!!! The technician indicated he saw the blurriness in our house, but then reversed it and said he saw nothing after talking with Toshiba.
We also can not get the CableCard from Comcast to work. I will be trying to force Comcast to use a different cablecard MFG as Toshiba says there is a problem with the Motorola Cablecard, although they can't give me a list of cards that do work!
Overall, the TV looks OK, but trying to get Toshiba to admit that there is an issue is all but impossible. I will be pursuing advertising fraud as Toshiba is still saying their Cablecard system works well when it doesn't.
