The Bottom Line:
DO NOT BUY THIS SET.
Just like the other reviewer I found exactly the same thing. I have wanted to upgrade to a High Def for 2 years and finally did. I purchase the Toshiba 62HM94 and couldn't wait to get it. Now I wish I could send it back. The HD picture is ok. The analog picture is awful. It is blurry, grainy and out of focus. DVD picture quality is poor at best. I immediately started calling for someone to come out and fix it and after 2 weeks they did. They said that it was normal and the tv was designed for HD and therefore could not get a good picture in Analog. Can you imagine that. I wasn't happy and called for a second opinion. A week later he showed up and said the same thing. It was like they were programed. The analog picture is not watchable. When you consider that there are about 10 HD stations on Dish it is not worth it, A TV that retails for over $4000.00 should be able to have a better picture than the 51" Pioneer that I got rid of to get this set. The biggest purchasing mistake I ever made hands down.
