slow to replace broken unit
The Tivo functions fine, but the DVD recorder gives an internal error. After extensive conversations with Humax and troubleshooting, they tell me it is a defective unit. It will take 7-10 days for them to send me the replacement, and they are charging my credit card until they receive the returned... Read full review »
