Great! When you can use it.
Pros
Easy to use, charges fast, good volume control.
Cons
Ear loop design is horrible.
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend it, but be careful of the ear loop.
I have had this earpiece for two years. I was thrilled when I could finally hear conversations on my cell. I have a hearing loss that makes it difficult to hear voice frequencies. This also applies to hearing the phone ring, so the in-ear ringtone is priceless.
The comfort is so-so. I finally got it adjusted where it was fairly comfortable, but it took a while and until that time, my ear hurt.
It is clear, easy-to-use and charges quickly. There is also a car charge available and I have found this to be particularly helpful on road trips. I do not need to to plug the AC charger in at the hotel.
However, the design of the ear loop leaves a lot to be desired. I have lost two and broken two. The loop slips off the little knob with very little provocation. And the design of the loop itself is poor - leading to easy breakage in the right hands - such as a toddler grabbing it from your ear. (What a fun game!)
I will say Sony Ericsson has been good about replacing it, but we will see if they continue to do so now that I have lost it again. I have been honest with them - so I will do so again and throw myself upon the mercy of the CSR.
