The sound is very good but be prepared to compromise
Pros
Sound quality is very good. Speakers have a good design.
Cons
Not truly a wireless system. Remote does not allow DVD ejection.
Recommended it?
No
The system is being represented as a wireless home theater, but the truth is that the only wire left out is from the system unit to the rear speakers. Stated another way, even the rear speakers have a wire connecting them, so be prepared to have to tack it down.
The assembly, followed by programming, required two adults (who have experience with audio systems) three hours each!
The directions are not self-explanatory and forget to mention minor details such as "all wires are color-coded for ease of assembly."
The final condition one should know is that the remote control has NO BUTTON to eject disks in the system, requiring the user to go to the system base and do it manually. This feels very low tech.
Good luck if you decide to buy. It will make a Julia Child French Recipe seem simple in comparison.
