Even though this is only a preview... better than nothing to read at all. Well... after having to send my STR-DE845 receiver back for the 4th time, I requested to have it exchanged with a new one. Powerful Sony STR-DE897 7.1 Channel Receiver
Great power, but not so much that you end up with a headache. As with most Sony products it is easy to set up and use. A better overall experience than it's younger sibling the STR-DE845 which was only a 5.1. The only problem is that the low sounds can sound somewhat distorted, rumbly, and fuzzy... Read full review »
