Well Researched... This is the one you want for under $300
Pros
Surprisingly refined. Upconverting to 1080i dvd changer. Upgradable to wireless rears.
Cons
Only one pair of RCA audio ins. Choppy sound switching.

I looked at many home theater systems for under $300. I found this one at Sears online for $249.99. Listened to all, went to six stores. The DAV-HDX265 outperforms all the competition. Already received two complaints from the neighbors. The most full encompassing frequency range for the money. Will rattle your windows.
