My Phone is falling apart

I really liked this phone for the appearence. However, after about 8 months, things started not working so well. Sometimes it won't send pictures with no explanation. I have yet successfully sent a video. Also, you cannot read the time on your phone while on a call. Call history is also a little weird. Not my favorite phone.
