Short-lived DVD Player
I strongly don't recommend this model, Toshiba SD-K740 DVD Player. I've had it ten months and it's about to give up the ghost. It still plays pre-recorded DVDs, but pauses every four or five minutes. This DVD player is worthless. need to unplug almost every movie, locks up frequently, and all dvd-r I have tried skip every 3 seconds while freezing in between. This is the worst pile I've seen.. you could use the $50 on another brand... Read full review »
Hmm
I got a small kid and he started pushing all buttons. Dvd don't work anymore. I unplug and reinitiate it but now I can't watch a movie for more than 15 minutes before the screen freeze. Nothing else to do than unplug and restart.
Colors and sound were ok when I've brougth it but right now...

slowly deteriorating ...
I do not recommend this model. I expect it to give up completely any day ... it no longer keeps its color and flickers into black & white constantly. if the unit is almost totally useless without the remote, and doesn't even have a menu button on the unit itself. the remote is poorly designed ..... Worst Player Ever
I unfortunately got this DVD player as a gift about 3 months ago. It now will barely get through 10 minutes of any DVD before it completely locks up and has to be unplugged and restarted. Avoid this model at all costs! Read full review »
