Yamaha RX-V1500 7.1 Channels Receiver

Looking between the Pioneer Elite VSX-52TX, we looked at the difference in our local home audio store. The salesman put a cd in from the pioneer elite, and then from a lesser model Yamaha receiver, not the 1500. You could definitely tell that the Yamaha clearly had the edge- over all aspects of the audio spectrum. This was on different settings and changes in musical, and video. So the Yamaha RX-V1500 was purchased, due to the easy automatic setup feature. The setup is straightforward, it even tells you if the polarity is reversed on the speakers (positive reversed with the negative) Overall, we have been impressed with the Yamaha receiver, it packs a punch in such an affordable yet versatle combination of useablity and function.
