Kept freezing
Purchased this unit but 6 months later it started to freeze. Reset it per manual instructions and cleaned the lens per tech support instructions, but to no avail. In order to open DVD tray I had to take the cover off and manually open tray because unit would not open the DVD tray when pressing open... Read full review »
Does not work
I purchased one of these DVD players and after one month it stopped working all together (would not play any disc whatsoever.) Returned it for another player and that one stopped working after only one week!! Absolute piece of junk. Looks pretty, but I would not recommend buying anything from this... Read full review »
Do NOT buy from this Manufacturer
DVD player lasted about 6 months. Company charges $15 to return under warranty.
