I have had the phone system for about 1 month. This morning I can receive calls (they ring) but I cannot answer. I also cannot get a dial tone. Good phone, don't look for support.
I have several of the RCA H5450RE3 hand sets which work with the RCA 25450RE3 base station. I believe that the product is good.
