Don't bother, I hate this phone
I paid Office Max $179 for this phone thinking it would be a good quality. The radio signal with my headset almost made me nuts. I upgraded my headset until I learned it was this RCA phone. Great Telephone, superb speaker phone.
I bought this phone for its 16 programmable dialing push buttons.
