These Pioneer HDJ1000 headphones have very good sound. Very good bass response; but they are very uncomfortable. There is too much inward tension against the ears and it's difficult to adjust to lessen the tension. The padding is too hard and small in diameter; they sit on top one's ears not around them.
I would recommend only because of the excellent sound, just watch out for sore ears.
