Pros Unlike full-size CD players it is portable; Cheap disks; Plays MP3 and AAC
Cons Doesn't play full-size CDs; Heavier than minidisk and solid-state MP3 players

MP3 on CD is the people's format - unlike minidisk or the solid-state devices, this device combines ubiquitous CDs with ubiquitous MP3. This player is unusual in that it only plays 3-inch/80mm "mini" cds. This is a great format because it is so cheap, the disks are compatible... Read full review »

Pros Small, easy the carry, sounds good
Cons Buggy hardware, battery leak

This unit is a very buggy piece of hardware. There are two MAJOR problems with this player:

1) The player consumes battery power EVEN when it's turned off. Put 1 new alkaline battery, leave it in the unit for 3-4 days, and after that time, the battery would be completely drained!

Pros Each Mini CD holds up to five regular size CD's, compact, sturdy

This little gadget it awesome, its great for running and activity, the battery drains really quickly when it being jostled, I went for a run with it and it only lasted an hour and a half, I was forced to complete the last half-hour of my run without musical inspiration.
