Great toaster, excellent features
We received this toaster for or wedding last July. While we don't use it every day, we use it fairly often, and have never had a problem with it. Miserable purchase
I just returned the 2nd (replacement) phone to Staples yesterday and got a different brand. The reasons for my dissatisfaction with this phone include poor battery run time, poor audio quality, and general weirdness of operation.

Not as good as I expect from Philips
I use this phone every day for my business. I purchased it after having issues with another phone I had and not finding a corded phone with a cordless option that included the features I needed.
