Pros Very clear voice. Great intercom walkie-talkie style phone. Clear recording.
Cons Missing some critical options like expandable memory card for recording, and backup...
Recommended it? Yes

The first satisfying piece of phone I actually got my hands on. After trying to purchase many different expensive phones before, ranging any where between $75 to $400, finally, a reasonable phone that costs under $150, and actually work well on all levels...well, almost.

Panasonic KX-TG5672: I can't hear you now....

Pros Talking Caller ID, super range
Cons Lack of incoming voice volume control, bad manual, no belt clip, unconcerned customer...
Recommended it? No

I'd give a high rating to my previous Panasonic expandable (KX-TG5230), except for the fact the handset stopped working in less than two years. I just purchased the updated version, the KX-TG5672, am thoroughly disappointed
and will return it for a different brand.

Pros Extension phone doesn't need phone jack; audible caller ID; easy-to-program basic...
Cons Large manual;functions could be difficult to program if not tech-savvy; not a cheap phone
Recommended it? Yes

I purchased the Panasonic KX-TG5672 Twin cordless phone system a little over a month ago. We needed an extension phone in our bedroom, but did not have a phone jack in that room. Rather than install a phone jack, we opted for trying this phone system. This system uses radio waves to allow the units... Read full review »

Pros Handset smaller than previous models
Cons Panasonic removes important user functionality compared with previous generations. Does...
Recommended it? No

I ended up returning this phone and buying a different maker since my wife and I were very unhappy with it.

Before purchasing we had a previous generation of this same Panasonic phone system so we were familiar with this product line. But once we bought it (KX-TG5672B) we found a number... Read full review »

Piece of Junk

Pros It would be a great phone if it worked properly.
Cons Having to register and redo the link from base to handsets every single day.
Recommended it? No

This thing is worthless. Whenever the batteries get low the phone shows they are full. Then the connection is lost and lcd shows "NO LINK TO BASE" At this point both handsets don't work and the only way to resolve it is to register them again, twice, since the first attempt usually fails. Repeat... Read full review »

Very Unfriendly Manual

byhephzibah777 Sep 29, 2006

Pros Has all the bells and whistles
Cons Nobody, even panasonic techs, knows how to ring the bells or blow the whistles!
Recommended it? Yes

Even tech help can not explain how certain features work or why the manual states what it does! Example: Page 30, paragraph 3, bullet 2, states press [Rcvd calls]. There is no [Rcvd calls] button on the handset or base and tech could not explain why or what it meant! Read full review »
