I regret buying this phone now. Just got off the phone with Panasonic customer support and they confirmed that this phone will only support Panasonic headsets (I was trying to get a universal Plantronics headset to work). It may seem like a small thing, but it's a very telling sign of a company that they would lock you into only using their accessories. I will not buy Panasonic again.
