Rock solid build and performance
I grew up around Electro-Lux tank vacuums. They were built of metal and lasted forever. There were vac shops then and you owned your vac so long you would need replacement parts. No so today. Too good to knock!
I bought my wife a used Panasonic bettter than 15 year ago, on the advice of the salesman. Up to that time, we had a Kenmore upright, that was maybe 8 years old ( bought new) and the thing was just worn out.
