This Is A Bad Phone
Sound Is Not Good, Can't be on the phone longer than 30min battery dies, and can't go to far from the phone base. You are better off with a corded phone over this thing. These phones are CRAP, save your money!
I bought the KX-TGA931T system from Costco, which included 3 phones and a base, for around $90. We charged the phones per the instructions before use, however the phones constantly shut down during calls, or when you are trying to answer a call. We don't even try to answer the phone... Awful awful quality
Bought this phone system brand new and within a week the handsets started resetting themselves in the middle of calls or not even ringing when calls came in. Constantly resetting and giving the "cannot connect to base" message.

don't buy this phone
After about 10 months of owning the phones, the handsets are fine, but the base is dead. I've tried multiple AC adaptors on it, it is just dead. Of course, handsets are no good if they can't connect to a base. This phone is basically completely unreliable and of poor quality... Read full review »
Panasonic KX-TGA931S telephone malfuntions
This phone is exceptionally clear. but thats where it ends. pHONE constantly loses contact with base. phone will ring and only beep and go dead untill placed on charger. Makes for missed calls. I think i'll take them out for a skeet shoot. Hope your toughbook laptop is better. Read full review »
Dropped Calls - mine too! Only on speaker-phone.
The title about says it.
All 3 handsets drop calls when on speakerphone.
If using handsets as a normal volume phone, seems to stay in contact with base (so far...)

Great phone -- i.e. if you can actually complete your call
same as everyone else.. bought in costco ($90), and within 2 months or so, dropped calls (phone just going blank/reboot/losing contact with base/ whatever it is) are the order of the day. Phone reboots frequently
We bought these from SAMS club less than a year back and all the handsets are already showing signs of dying. Dropped calls and sudden deaths of the handsets are now a regular occurrance, despite the battery showing full on the handsets. Seems to be a common problem on this model. Read full review »
