Pros Large LCD Display, lightweight, dual image stabilization.
Cons A little bit pricey.
Recommended it? Yes

The Olympus Stylus 1010 is a terrific camera for the intermediate photographer.

It's compact and lightweight but has one of the largest LCD displays at 2.7" The Hyper Crystal LCD window is also anti-glare which is terrific in bright sunlight.

Pros A great camera, loaded with features. I would purchase this camera again!
Cons No xd card or micro SD card included.  No view finder, but no big deal!

Cons thumping during video recordings.

The camera itself is excellent. Intuitive, easy to use and takes great pictures. The only problem with it is the thumping in the movies. It happened with both the 870 and 1010. Make sure you get the new xd M+ card to take full advantage of video. I am no gadget master this camera is easy to use and has features I love like a 7 shot burst mode for action shots.
